Summary
Vytautas Tarasevicius, 40, of Swords, Co Dublin, was sentenced at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court for possession of card trapping equipment. Defence counsel Leanora Frawley BL highlighted Tarasevicius's remorse, his status as a father of two, and his lack of garda attention for the last 12 years. The court accepted his plea and imposed the community service order as the final disposal.
