Summary

A 15‑year‑old boy was sentenced to twelve months' detention for assault and robbery. He had previously served eight months at Oberstown Children's Detention Campus for assault and a threat to kill, and had 24 convictions. In April 2017 he robbed a 17‑year‑old from a churchyard, demanding his phone and then stealing a €350 bike.
