Bail for man who stole USB keys from garda station during interview

Summary

During an interview about a robbery he had committed, Dubliner Jason Kennedy (45) stole two USB keys from Shankill Garda station. He was captured on footage putting the keys in his pocket when a Garda stepped out of the interview room. Kennedy pleaded guilty to robbery at Park Pharmacy, Cabinteely, and the theft of the USB keys on 18 August 2016. He has 43 prior convictions and had been drug‑free for years before a "slip" led to these offences.
