At 6 pm he is seen speaking to an unknown male; a minute later an individual in black clothing approaches, takes an item from a bag, and shoots Walker. Additional footage from a house on Sheepmoor Grove and a Lidl supermarket shows people walking by the area minutes after the shooting. A transparent latex glove was later found at a laneway near the club, but no other items were collected by the Gardaí. Christopher McDonald pleaded not guilty.
