Gardai spotted man slashing acquaintance's face before "casually walking" away
Summary
In a daylight incident on 22 August 2016, Darren Gallagher, 46, was seen by Garda Dominic Dowling cutting the cheek of an acquaintance with a Stanley blade outside a supermarket on Neilstown Road, Clondalkin. Gallagher was stopped minutes later, a knife found in his tracksuit, and he later claimed the victim had threatened him and his family.
