Dublin tourism project sues Failte Ireland over refusal for grant scheme

Counsel for Frontier, Des O'Neill SC, stated that the weighting was applied after the application deadline and not communicated to applicants. The company seeks a declaration that its application should be reconsidered and the refusal quashed. Permission for the challenge was granted by Mr Justice Seamus Noonan on an ex-parte basis, with the matter returnable to a date in July.
