Caution urged online in wake of Sonia Blount murder
Summary
The family of Sonia Blount urged social media users to exercise caution after the man who murdered her was sentenced to life imprisonment. The warning followed the sentencing of Eric Locke, who had used a fake Facebook profile to lure Blount to a Dublin hotel room where she was killed. She noted that the verdict would never bring Blount back, describing her as an innocent, beautiful, kind, caring mother who is deeply missed.
