State pathologist gives evidence in Rialto murder trial

Consultant cardio-thoracic surgeon Michael Tolan described treating Rinker, who survived despite severe chest and abdominal stab wounds, a pierced lung, and significant blood loss. Tolan noted Rinker was lucky to survive. The prosecution has finished calling evidence, and the matter remains ongoing as the trial proceeds toward its conclusion.
