Father-of-five to be sentenced for twice raping heavily pregnant partner

Summary

An unnamed 53-year-old father of five, who pleaded not guilty to two counts of rape and was convicted by a jury at the Central Criminal Court, had his sentencing adjourned until May 24 by Mr Justice Paul Butler. The man has not started a sex offenders course in prison as directed by Ms Justice Murphy. The matter was adjourned and is not concluded.
