In a Special Criminal Court hearing, a Bulmers pint‑glass labelled "prisoners' fund" was discovered in the converted shed of David Murray, a 56‑year‑old from Cappogue Cottages, Finglas, who is pleading not guilty to membership of the Irish Republican Army (IRA). Statements from the National Surveillance Unit noted that on 3 September 2014, Murray and Stephen Hendrick left Power City together; Hendrick, who lives in Ballymun, was sentenced last year to eleven years for firearms, ammunition and explosives.
