A 55‑year‑old man, Samuel Devlin, appeared before the Special Criminal Court on 13 May 2014 charged with unlawful possession of an explosive substance, Pentaerythritol Tetranitrate (PETN), at Finnstown House Hotel, Lucan, Co.
