Application to endorse arrest warrant for Ian Bailey to proceed tomorrow

An application to endorse a European Arrest Warrant for Ian Bailey, aged 61, for the alleged voluntary homicide of Sophie Toscan du Plantier will be heard at the High Court tomorrow. Kennedy added that he was surprised no one was in attendance. Justice Hunt said Bailey and his legal representatives are "on notice" that the hearing will proceed tomorrow.
