Summary

The trial of Anthony Roddy, 64, and Raymond Fee, 34, for stealing €250,000 from Kevin Brady collapsed after the defence counsel fell ill. Roddy and Fee had pleaded not guilty to theft and to dishonestly inducing Brady to provide a €100,000 bank draft for a supposed investment.
