Anglo auditor agrees he "inadvertently gave misleading evidence" to previous trial

During a Dublin Circuit Criminal Court hearing, Kieran Kelly, an auditor for Anglo Irish Bank, denied that he performed "performance theatre" when speaking to investigators from the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement (ODCE) about alleged misconduct by former chairman Sean FitzPatrick.
