In a court‑martial at McKee Barracks, Air Corps Commandant Nile Donohoe (52) was found not guilty of a third charge of acting to prejudice good order and discipline during an altercation at Casement Aerodrome on 10 August 2007. He had originally faced five charges, but one was dismissed after legal argument and he was acquitted of making a false allegation against a fellow officer.
