Sean FitzPatrick trial loses two jurors

Summary

In the trial of former Anglo Irish Bank chairman Sean FitzPatrick, two jurors were excused from serving. The trial, which began with a specially enlarged jury of 15 at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court, is expected to last three months. Judge John Aylmer explained that the parties were still involved in a legal matter that the jurors had been made aware of, and that the time estimate for dealing with this matter had been underestimated.
