Outcome: Mooney received a mandatory minimum of ten years at a sentence hearing in 2014, because he had committed this latest drug crime while on temporary release for the 2009 offence. Judge Greally suspended the sentence for four years and ordered that Mooney undergo 12 months post-release supervision, attend for drug counselling and provide urinalysis as directed.
