Outcome: John Joyce (28) has also been disqualified from driving for 15 years after he pleaded guilty before Swords District Court to driving without insurance and driving without a driving licence at Templeview Avenue in Clarehall, Dublin 13 on November 11th last year. She said Joyce is aware he is facing a custodial sentence but appealed to Judge Dermot Dempsey not to jail him as his brother is getting married shortly and Joyce is to be the Best Man. 'He can't drive anymore as his leg is banjaxed,' she said.
