Outcome: Jamie Cunningham (18) of Bath Road in Balbriggan was given 100 hours community service work in lieu of a month in prison after he had pleaded guilty to failing to comply with a garda directive to leave Balbriggan Railway Station last March 2nd. Judge Dermot Dempsey said he will proceed with the default order and sentenced Cunningham to one month in prison.
