Outcome: Convicted; Mark Duignam (37) of Palmer Court, Rush was convicted in May 2013 of the theft of €57 worth of groceries from Supervalu in Lusk on March 12th, 2013 and given a four month suspended sentence on that date and to keep the peace for two years. Judge Coughlan agreed and noted that he has been advised by Mr Jackson that he could activate the sentence and sentenced Duignam to four months in prison.
