Outcome: Judge Patricia Ryan sentenced Crabbe to two and a half years imprisonment, but suspended the entirety of the sentence provided he keep the peace and be of good behaviour for a period of two years. Judge Ryan also sentenced McDonnell and Smith to two and a half years imprisonment, but suspended the sentences fully on the same conditions.
