'Lowest of the low' jailed for holding drugs under duress

Outcome: Sentencing him today, Judge Melanie Greally said O'Callaghan's level of involvement and the quantity of drugs found meant that he didn't come into the small category of cases which would warrant a suspended sentence for such an offence. Judge Greally sentenced O'Callaghan to four years in prison but suspended the final 12 months on strict conditions including that he engage with the Probation Service for 12 months before his ultimate release from prison.
