Outcome: Convicted; During the sentence hearing Garda Shane Moriarty told Caroline Cummings BL, prosecuting, that in 2007 Jones was convicted at Laganside Crown Court of indecently assaulting a woman in 2005. Jones served a two and a half year prison term and was released under the conditions of a suspended sentence.
