Outcome: The court heard that Jason Flynn, who is currently serving a five-year sentence for drugs offences, had accrued a drug debt and this was then transferred to his father. Passing sentence today, Judge Martin Nolan acknowledged that Flynn had felt "coerced" to take part in this operation as he was told his son would be killed.
