Outcome: The judge sentenced Michael Nevin to ten years in prison with the final two years suspended for a period of two years. Christopher Nevin was sentenced to five-and-a-half years in prison with the final 18 months suspended for a period of 18 months.; After the finalisation of today's sentences, Ms Murphy told the judge that Michael Nevin's suspended sentence for violent disorder had been active at the time of this offence.
