Outcome: Judge Orla Crowe on Thursday described Ba's offending as a 'consistent breach of trust' protracted over a period of time. "This has to be a custodial sentence," she remarked. She noted that Ba had forfeited the contents of two bank accounts with a value of €67,000, along with his car, before she sentenced him to two years in prison.
