Outcome: Sentencing the defendant today, Mr Justice Hunt, sitting with Judge Sinead Ni Chualachain and Judge Cormac Dunne, sentenced Foley to six years imprisonment, backdated to December 15, 2017. Speaking outside the Criminal Courts of Justice today, Detective Superintendent Paul Cleary said: "As you are aware Nathan Foley has been sentenced to six years imprisonment for his role in the murder of David Douglas for facilitating the people behind the murder.
