Outcome: Prezemyslaw Kutak (42) has also been convicted and fined a total of €300 for the theft of bottles of wine from a Lusk supermarket on two different occasions. Judge Dermot Dempsey convicted and sentenced Kutak to four months in prison which he suspended for two years and disqualified him from driving for the drink driving offence.
