Outcome: Before delivering the sentence today, Mr Justice White said that Graham was the driver of the car which carried the gunman that shot Mr Boylan three times at close range and caused him life-threatening injuries. He sentenced Graham to 11 years imprisonment with the final year suspended, backdated to June 17, 2019 when he went into custody.
