Man who told sisters abuse would be a 'favour' before entering priesthood is jailed for eight years

Outcome: Bernard Brennan (67), formerly of Rathfarnham, Dublin, but most recently also residing in the United States, was jailed for four and a half years after he admitted to sexual abuse of both Yvonne Crist and Paula Faye. A global sentence of nine years was backdated to March 18 last when Brennan first went into custody.
