Outcome: Darragh Lyons (19) of Weir View, Glenaulin, Chapelizod, Dublin 20, will be sentenced tomorrow after he pleaded guilty to assault causing serious harm and violent disorder at Ballyfermot Road on the night in question. Judge Martin Nolan agreed with counsel for the defence that Lyons had pleaded guilty and had no record of conviction and had gained insight into his offending. "But there's another side to it," said Judge Nolan, adjourning sentence until 1pm tomorrow.
