Outcome: Prince Ajibola (51) was sentenced by Judge Pauline Codd at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court on 29 May 2019 to four years in prison, with the final two years suspended, after pleading guilty to money laundering on 26 March 2019. The sentence did not exceed the legitimate scope in sentencing, and account was taken of Ajibola's health and circumstances in applying an effective discount of 50 percent.
