Men who received drugs sentences totalling 34 years have convictions overturned

Outcome: Jason Comerford (42), Don Brennan (38) and Dermot Griffin (54) who were jailed in July 2011 having been found guilty by a Dublin Circuit Criminal Court jury. Judge Patrick McCartan jailed Dermot Griffin for 14 years, while both Mr Brennan (35) and Mr Comerford (39) received sentences of ten years with two years suspended.
