Serial offender has aggravated burglary sentence reduced

Outcome: Davis (28) had been convicted of committing aggravated burglary at an address in Drogheda, Co Louth, on January 8, 2017 and sentenced to seven years with 18 months suspended at the Circuit Criminal Court in Dundalk, Co Louth, in May 2020. Two years earlier, Davis's co-accused Dean McKenna (28) was sentenced to three-and-a-half years with 18 months suspended for the same offence at the same court by a different judge.
