Man who helped violent armed robber has sentence backdated

Outcome: Found guilty; Anthony Behan (62), who was living at the same address, was found guilty of impeding the apprehension of his brother and sentenced to two-and-a-half years' imprisonment. At the Court of Criminal Appeal today, Anthony Behan's counsel, Michael O'Higgins SC, said his client wanted to appeal the length of the sentence that had been imposed by Judge Martin Nolan at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court on April 3, 2020.
