Outcome: John McCann (32) and Craig Redmond (21) received three year sentences last February for their roles in assaulting the bin man. McCann, who also admitted assaulting the garda, had the final 18 months of his sentence suspended.; Judge Melanie Greally adjourned sentencing until July 28 next to allow a probation report be prepared.
