Outcome: Jonathan Coyle has also been given a six-month sentence which was suspended at Balbriggan District Court. Judge Dempsey sentenced Coyle to six months which he suspended for two years for driving while disqualified.; He also ordered a probation report to consider handing Coyle 240 hours community service in lieu of a six month prison sentence for driving without insurance and adjourned the case until January 23rd, 2014. 'It better be a satisfactory report,' warned Judge Dempsey.
