Outcome: Passing sentence today, Judge Elma Sheahan said the case was aggravated by the seriousness of the offences, the accused's similar previous offending and that the offending was carried out during a period of a suspended sentence. She sentenced Roche to three years imprisonment, but suspended the sentence in full for three years on strict conditions including that she follow all directions of the Probation Service for 12 months.
