Outcome: The EAW states Mr McCarthy was given a three year prison sentence in September 2013 at Nottingham Crown Court after he admitted wounding his partner at a residence they shared in the city.; After being satisfied that Mr McCarthy had been informed of all his rights Ms Justice Kennedy remanded the 24 year old in custody.
