Outcome: She was accordingly re-sentenced to three years imprisonment with the final year suspended. Mr Justice Edwards, who sat with President of the Court of Appeal Mr Justice George Birmingham and Mr Justice John Hedigan, said the court was impressed to learn how well Maguire was getting on in custody and, as an incentive to continue her rehabilitation, the court suspended the final year of her three year sentence.
