Outcome: Earlier this year, Kevin Braney (44), of Glenshane Crescent, Tallaght, Dublin 24 was sentenced to the mandatory term of life imprisonment after been found guilty by the Special Criminal Court of the "premeditated" murder of Mr Butterly.
