Outcome: Jevgenijs Zurila (32) of Beech Lawns, Johnstown Wood in Navan, pleaded guilty to trespassing and the theft of two containers of diesel worth €150 from Bently Bros Ltd, Traenhill in Lusk on August 14th. 'He should know that if he comes here again, he is looking at a prison sentence,' said Judge O'Neill before convicting and fining him €250 for trespass and a further €250 for the theft of the diesel.
