Outcome: Passing sentence today at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court, Judge John O'Connor said it was "disappointing" that Casey had so far only offered to repay €1,000 of the stolen money. The judge handed down a two-year sentence but suspended it fully for five years, ordering Casey to engage in offence-focused and victim-focused work as directed by the Probation Services.
