Group attacker may avoid criminal conviction after teen had fingers broken in case of mistaken identity

Outcome: One of the group, Luke Daly (23), has had his sentence deferred after he pleaded guilty to simple assault at Rock Road, Blackrock, Co Dublin on December 7, 2019. At Dublin Circuit Criminal Court today, Daly was ordered to keep the peace and be of good behaviour pending sentence next April.
