Outcome: Dt Sgt Ennis said he was "caught red handed" trying to carry out a cash in transit van robbery in 2014 and was sentenced to four years with two suspended. Today Judge Melanie Greally sentenced Slattery to four and a half years with the final 18 months suspended.
