Outcome: Photo: Collins) A Norwegian man who was given a wholly suspended sentence for raping his girlfriend multiple times while she slept has been re-sentenced to 15 months imprisonment, following a finding by the Court of Appeal that his original term was "unduly lenient". He said the Central Criminal Court sentenced Hustveit on the basis that the victim had been harmed and damaged and that harm and damage would continue.
