Offender who went 'off the rails' after receiving 'modest inheritance' fell off bike while trying to escape gardai
Jonathon Fraiser, 38, of Drimnagh, Dublin, pleaded guilty to possession of a knife at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court. The court heard that on April 6, 2020, gardai attempted to stop Fraiser while he was cycling near Kylemore Road and Bluebell.
