Dutch skipper of former "Atlantic Dawn" fails in appeal against conviction for breaching fishing regulations
Gerrit Plug, the Dutch skipper of the vessel Annelies Ilena, formerly known as the Atlantic Dawn, has lost his appeal against conviction for breaching EU fishing regulations.
