Afghan man raped vulnerable woman in steam room
Akbar Moqadar was convicted of orally raping a vulnerable woman in a swimming-pool steam room. Mr Justice Patrick McGrath imposed seven years with the final 12 months suspended and placed him under post-release probation supervision.
